The project involved a crew of 14 painters tasked with completing both commercial interior painting and commercial exterior painting work on a building undergoing construction.

The team used epoxy repair mortar to remediate the cracks before sealing the building with skin coating. The entire external surface of the premises was then re-coated using an elastomeric paint system, which ensured the building’s integrity and prevented future cracking.

The commercial painting and repairing of the inside and outside of the building were achieved using boom lifts, scissor lifts, and man cages. Despite the heavy traffic and the presence of the general public, the team was able to maneuver safely around the site, ensuring that there were no disruptions to the ongoing construction work.
